Introduction

I would like to introduce myself and the service that Harmony Care and Personal Services provide.

I am Christine Hicks and I have extensive experience in providing personal and support services to clients. It is my role to assess you, or your family members', personal care and support needs.

By personal care I include assistance with the start of the day routines from getting up through toileting, showering or bathing, dressing and having breakfast. It also includes assistance with similar needs throughout the day up to bedtime calls to help clients to bed. We will also assist with collecting medication and reminding clients of their medication procedures. 

Our support services include assistance with shopping, laundry and meal preparation. We provide companionship, whether this is going out for a trip or keeping a client company in their home whilst a partner or family member is out. 

We also offer a home cleaning service.

We strive to offer a quality service and our services are provided by quality personnel. As we are a small friendly team our service is personal to you.
I would be happy to meet you to introduce our services further. I will assess your needs; help prepare a budget for you and give advice with regards to assistance that might be available for funding your care requirements.
